How to Use:

Securely hold on to your Prized Camera with the supple leather grip and easily wield all of its weight as you set up for your next shot.

Now gripping the camera with your right hand, recompose, and move your left hand to below the lens to support the system & shoot away.

Afterwards, grab the handle as you relax knowing your moneymaker is safely held by one hand.

Function:

The intent of the handle is to give you a solid purchase on your expensive system IN BETWEEN USE & NOT INTENDED to be used when you are actually shooting.

Included:

All handles have a D-RING already attached, so you can easily attach your camera/handle to your photo harness.
Attached at the base of the handle is either a Manfrotto 200 PL Plate, Acra PU 60 Plate or a Camvate Multi-Function Mounting Cheese Plate.
Included is a Small Screwdriver to keep with your spare batteries. You will need this to loosen mounting screw on handle to change your battery & then retighten. There are also two washers & a longer screw that might be needed to create a secure connection between camera & Get A Handle.

If you have a different style tripod plate that attaches to your tripod, please reach out & we can order the correct plate that works with your system no problem. This may involve some extra time & costs, but we will make sure you have the correct tripod plate that works with your tripod.

Getting the CORRECT Handle on Your Camera

The location of the tripod socket matters, as it determines where the handle is compared to the side of the camera.

Handles come with two mounting positions. This accommodates different placements of the tripod sockets on different cameras from different camera makers.

It is possible that your tripod socket on your camera is in a certain position which the two positions of our handles puts the handle either too close or too far from the side of the camera.

Here's how you can quickly check your camera. With the camera facing away from you, measure the distance from the left side of the camera to the middle of the camera tripod socket.

If the mounting hole is 2" to 2.75," our two mounting positions will work perfectly with your camera.

If it is way off please reach out to us & we will gladly create a custom handle to specifically fit the tripod position on your camera.

Don't see the tripod plate that fits your tripod? No problem!

All camera handles are custom made to order. One option is ordering the UNIVERSAL PLATE that many tripod plates will mount to. The Universal plate does add a bit of bulk (7.7mm) & height to the system, but has lots of 1/4 mounting holes for different tripod plates.

However, even with the 15 1/4 mounting holes, different plates might not line up correctly. To solve this & have a thinner less bulking handle, recommended to have us order the correct tripod plate for your tripod & mount it so all that the mounting holes are aligned perfectly. Just adds some time, and a little bit of extra cost, so if you can be patient, we will get the perfect handle(s) made & shipped to you.
